Sydney Forum to be available via teleconference or the Internet:

The Management Committee of Blind Citizens NSW and the Board of Blind Citizens Australia are discussing the coming together of the two organisations and want to hear your views.

A forum will be held in Sydney this coming Saturday (30 April) from 12:00 – 2:00PM at the Life Without Barriers Board Room, Level 6, 107 Pitt Street, Sydney, near the corner of Hunter street.

A light lunch will be provided.

Detailed instructions on how to find the venue will be provided after you register.

The forum will be hosted by Graeme Innes, Chair of Blind Citizens NSW and Emma Bennison, President of Blind Citizens Australia, who will share information about plans for the future and lead an interactive discussion to canvas your views.

As Krystel Keller announced in this week’s edition of New Horizons, BCA and Blind Citizens NSW members who are not able to attend the forum in person can still participate in this important discussion.

  • A teleconference will be established for those members who would like to listen and take part in the discussion. To participate by teleconference please contact Krystal Keller at Blind Citizens NSW on (02) 9744 1516.
  • Alternatively you can hear the proceedings via an internet stream, and text or email in your questions and comments.
