BRAILLE 2000
MEETING THE CHALLENGES OF A NEW MILLENNIUM

Braille 2000 is a paper that has been produced in March 1999 by the Australian Braille Authority. It makes recommendations for substantial changes to braille codes and practices used in Australia. Before studying the paper, you are encouraged to read the explanatory letter from Josie Howse, Chair, Australian Braille Authority. This letter, which includes the Foreword, Executive Summary and List of Recommendations, is being sent to braille readers throughout Australia.
