Initially by reader assistance and at one time in the public service full time reader assistance. Through my work acquiring various adaptive technology aids and becoming proficient in their use. Moving to a position in which all necessary job information is in electronic format;
Winning confidence of supervisors and co-workers by demonstration of capability. This was made easier in jobs in which the necessary information could be accessed and processed electronically.
