Submission to Australian Competition and Consumer Commission on Cuscal, National Australia Bank and rediATM application

The National Australia Bank and Cuscal recently made application to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission to make changes to the rediATM network of ATM's. Blind Citizens Australia made a submission highlighting some of our concerns relating to the use of ATM's by people who are blind or vision impaired.
