Your opinions will help BCA match its advocacy agenda with the priorities of members moving forward. With each ranking, provide a brief description. For example, your number one barrier maybe access to information, and the matters you think should be dealt with under this issue include inaccessible websites and the use of pdf's. Other issues may include access to electonric banking, including touch screen ATM's. It's totally up to you. However, we ask that your description of each barrier does not exceed 500 words.
