BCA has recently launched a new Service Charter following a consultation process earlier in 2021. From this process there was a clear consensus that there was a need for a Service Charter aligning with the Service Provider Expectation Policy, released in 2019. Our Service Charter will inform the way that we engage with members as well as our expectations of members and will become part of our member application process.
