On Saturday, BCA held its 46th Annual General Meeting (AGM). Thank you to everyone who attended.
Congratulations and thank you to outgoing BCA president John Simpson, for his tireless efforts and leadership of the organisation. Under John’s leadership, BCA has grown significantly in both its income and staffing levels. The development of significant strategic partnerships leaves BCA in a strong position moving forward.
BCA congratulates Fiona Woods, who has today been appointed President. Fiona has been a long-term member and director of BCA.
In Fiona’s introductory speech as President, she talked about BCA’s future under her leadership. Fiona’s six focus areas for BCA is to be inclusive, credible, focus on leadership, an autonomous organisation with financial stability, and with increased publicity.
Welcome Fiona, and we look forward to BCA’s continued strong standing in the sector under your leadership.
