BCA Annual General Meeting 2022

The 47th Annual General Meeting of BCA was held on Saturday, 26^th November. To the Board’s disappointment, due to delays in accounting processes and systems required by our new, independent auditors, the Audited Financial Statements and Auditor’s Report for 2021-22 were not available at the time of the meeting. These documents will be made available to all members as soon as they are ready. In these circumstances, the meeting did not confirm the appointment of the Auditor for 2022-23. This section of the meeting was adjourned.

All BCA members are invited to the adjourned Annual General Meeting. It will take place via Zoom on Tuesday 13^th December at 7.30pm AEDT. The only business of the meeting will be:

The receipt of the Audited Financial Statements and Auditor’s Report for 2021-22.
Confirmation / appointment of Auditor for 2022-23.

All members entitled to vote at the meeting may appoint a proxy by completing the proxy form. Forms must be received at least 24 hours before the start of the meeting, by 7.30pm on Monday 12 December, by email to: companysecretary@bca.org.au The proxy form is available on our website.
